The manual"s purpose is to contribute to increase the participants" knowledge of the complex world of international competitive tenders and familiarise them with their practises and mechanisms.
The Guidelines to International Competitive Tenders manual is the first global national course to be published that covers all of the important aspects of the Multilateral Development Institutions market.
It aims to provide procedures, preparation and methodology to increase companies" chances of success in the circuits and mechanisms particular to international competitive tenders and biddings, and especially those of Multilateral Development Institutions.
It focuses on the specific requirements of Spanish SMEs. The purpose is to improve the preparation in order to pave, in a simple and friendly manner, the way to a successful award in an International Competitive Tender.
